“Supporting Emotional Regulation in the Workplace” - Participants will learn about emotional regulation and its impact on independence and success in the workplace, how to identify internal and external causes of dysregulation, and understand the causes and functions of unconventional behaviors.
“How to Create a Psychologically Safe Workplace for All” - This supplemental training offers information on mental health and psychological safety in the workplace. Although this course is beneficial for all, it is especially helpful when working with individuals with autism. It includes an overview of psychological safety, information on the positive impact of creating a psychologically safe work environment, and keys to helping foster and support this type of work environment for all.
